Disney’s chief diversity officer Latondra Newton is reportedly leaving the company — ending a six-year stint that generated controversies as the Mouse House adopted “woke” policies that have alienated many of its core customers.
Bob Iger, fired Kareem Daniel after having re-taken the role of CEO at Disney because of a collapse in business profits. I said in that post that:

Daniel, who worked closely with Chapek over the last two years, was a longtime employee of Disney, starting when he was an intern working toward his MBA at Stanford.

If you want to ruin your business, make the majority of your employees Black. This is the recipe for ruin. It's because these people are the most ignorant, racist people on the planet. ESPN was proud that they hired a black majority of their talent and employees, but wonder why viewership tanked in 2020 and 2021. It turns out that letting blacks run amok brings ratings disaster and destruction of the business --- really any business.
Disney, the owners of ESPN, also had to clean house to rid themselves of the racist, woke (ie., stupid) commentary on a sports channel that was driving away viewers. ESPN was failing because it's black "talent" failed. My problem is that that's nearly always true, but I guess people have to give it a try to see for themselves.
Things at ESPN improved when they replaced their strident racists with attractive, smiling black women with much “less of a hard edge,” —which was 100% better. The dissent of Justice Ketanji Brown Jackson in the North Carolina affirmative action case was factually wrong as noted by Jonathan Turley and plenty of SCOTUS document reviewers. I’ll cut to the chase. She showed that she was a biased idiot.

Jackson argued erroneously that affirmative action has been shown to “save lives” by allowing black doctors to give better care for black people than white doctors.
She said, “For high-risk Black newborns, having a Black physician more than doubles the likelihood that the baby will live, and not die.”
