In late April, I flew into Cebu City in the Philippines for a month-long visit. I did so because I wanted to do some island hopping in the Central Visayas. It was my first trip to the country. After I left the Philippines, I went to Chiang Mai hoping to visit Pai, Thailand for the first time. But it was very rainy in those higher elevations, so I went to Siem Reap, Cambodia for several weeks instead.
