Working out in Lumpinee Park

Here’s my new workout gym “under the trees:” $8.50 per month which includes an ice cold bottle of water each visit. My every set is followed by sweating and panting. It’s the high humidity, even in the morning. Gosh, I hope I don’t croak!!

I’m going to the park at about 7 to 7:30 AM and there is a vibrant “breakfast market” that basically dissappears at about 8:30 to about 9 am.
