Wait! A Second Honest and Earnest Secondary School in America!
Meet the Reality of Minority Inability. That Reality MUST BE HIDDEN and Never Revealed (even though it's obvious)
From my post One Lone Honest School in Buffalo New York, I tell the tale of one upstate New York school trying to hold the line on academic standards. You have to admire them being so honest, but they are trying to impose standards that even the White Population is struggling to meet nationwide.
I said at One Lone Honest School in Buffalo New York:
Lydia Wright school, a secondary school in Buffalo NY is 96% Non-White.
“The above situation at Lydia Wright is about the only honest picture of black's academic situation and performance in US Junior and Senior high schools that you will ever see.
And the reason that you don't hear about the REAL SITUATION is because most predominately black schools just lie and cheat to pass the black kids through "grade-fixing." I guarantee that it's much worse in high schools. Only 7 to 15% of black kids can do 12th grade work proficiently, but ~50% are "passing." The other 50% are dropping out.
One day, you'll hear of widespread "scandals" of grade fixing by school administrators across the country allowing unqualified black and hispanic kids to pass, in part, because of the "No kids left behind initiative." I guarantee you that grade-fixing is endemic at all levels of public schools, the military and even graduate schools to cover-up the inability of the vast majority of black kids to perform at any high level of public schooling.
Nobody can face reality of racial differences. It's too explosive. Nobody can face the reality of black America---especially blacks! It's mostly true for Hispanic kids too. But reality it is.
But Wait! ONE Other Honest School in Texas!
There was another honest Texas school, Marlin Junior High, who recently delayed their graduation as well-meaning administrators realized that nearly all of their seniors didn’t meet attendance and academic performance requirements. From NPR:
Of 33 seniors in the school's traditional program, only five met the requirements to get a diploma, Marlin ISD Superintendent Darryl Henson said, citing an initial internal audit of attendance, grades and credits. According to NPR, the school is 99% economically disadvantaged [Doug here: which are code words for 99% Black/Hispanic.]
William Ealy, the school's dean of instruction, said the school attempted to warn parents that their senior students weren't on track to finish on time, holding an open meeting, calling parents, mailing a notice and offering to host meetings.
"Let this be a lesson learned for all," superintendent Henson said via Twitter. "As we continue to go through our annual graduation audit, it's our obligation to ensure that all students have met all requirements."
"Students in Marlin ISD will be held to the same high standard as any other student in Texas," he added.
Everything I read about Marlin tells me that the administration reflects an earnest desire to do the right thing. I gather that the school has plenty of honest and committed teachers and administrators. Reading between the lines, I also think that excessive absences are a big part of the problem in all of these minority schools. The reality is that the vast majority minority kids aren’t interested in math, science or history because they really can’t do it. Trigonometry? Fuggetaboutit! I’m not trying to be unkind, I’m just trying to be realistic.

A Summary of My Thoughts on the subject of Junior and High School Standards Versus Racial Reality as follows:
The vast majority of Black and Hispanic kids can't do high school senior-level (or even freshmen level HSs) nationwide. The national HS dropout rates for both groups are ~50% even though many states require kids to "attend" high school until 18 (link) years old. Many don’t attend classes out of shame and disinterest. Absences are a huge issue.
Of the ones that remain until the 12th grade, only 10 to 15% (stats for blacks but similar for Latinos) can perform proficiently in math and reading, but many are graduated and a surprising number of these kids go to "college" by accepting Government student loans. Colleges are accomodating them to get the govt money. They are creating new majors to accommodate these kids, but with little substance that won’t really help those students. I believe that's called a “racket.”

Colleges and the military are now giant government welfare wards for both minority and white kids who have no other options. Very little of the government student loans to minorities will be repaid.
Because our economy has been disastrously de-industrialized by the past 5 or 6 administrations BY GLOBALIZATION (to raise corporate profits), there are very few options for employment FOR EVERYONE in our country, thus the giant welfare functions of the military and now "colleges."
There used to be a path to Black Colleges that would accept black kids that at least "attended" high schools. In fact, before 1964 and de-segregation, most black kids attended neighborhood (black) high schools and then many went to Black Colleges. That was a great thing and everyone was happy.
Now, because of the "equality" narrative, the happy path is largely disrupted by DEMOCRAPS and the Supreme Court (due to "separate but unequal"). But not everyone or every group is academically equal. The "Supremes", the Leftists, Liberals and now Blacks could not/cannot accept this obvious truth and the entire society is being disrupted as a consequence. Suddenly, all white people are racist because blacks can't do high school level work. But it's always been that way and probably will be for 100s of years.
Grading scandals and Test Score cheating scandals are likely very common in school districts with large minority populations. There is great pressure to keep up the appearance of "equality" but it doesn't really exist. People are trying hard to hide it, but it's just the way it is.
Vocational High Schools to teach trades and other job skills are an obvious need. They used to be more widely available. I suspect that they don't exist now because they would have too many brown and black faces that would reveal basic racial inequality of intellectual ability and WE CAN'T HAVE THAT! So kids and the nation suffer instead. We can't even talk about it.
The Democrat's Hart Celler Immigration law passed in 1965 has INTENTIONALLY caused US demographics to shift dramatically to brown and black immigrants taking the US population from about 85% white to 58% today(and dropping rapidly). This has been an intentional effort to create a more "compliant" and less-skilled workforce. IT IS IN PLACE SO THAT DEMOCRAPS CAN BUY THE VOTES OF THIS LOWER INTELLIGENCE POPULATION---AND IT'S WORKED. No one, including Republicans, have the balls to fix this. It's also the reason no one fixes our unchecked illegal immigration at our Southern Border. It's part of a larger plan to DUMB DOWN our population with people more likely to vote "Democrat." What's good for our nation is not the concern of Washington DC. Only (false) narratives reign supreme.
California is now only 34% White. Think about this very real agenda to rid the country of our once 85% white European heritage and culture.
Marlin High School relented to some extent and did have a graduation ceremony for many/most of the graduating students. Parents probably claimed that they were caught off-guard by the suddenness of their initial notification.
