It does have a small town feel, which is why I like it better than Phnom Penh. But there's a steady flow of foreign visitors here, which is interesting. I talked with 2 young women from Scotland last night at Taco restaurant (of all places! But it was good and satisfied my need for something meaty). I talked with some young guys from Manchester England the night before. They're new friends on Whatsapp now. All that is kinda cool...
