Almost everything about the government is a welfare program: the military takes mostly losers who can't find decent work, the Govt Student Loan program is a welfare program is a to let ANYONE go to glorified high schools that we call colleges. Colleges will create high school level programs for "incompetents" and the schools gladly take the govt loan money and hire even more incompetents for their administrations. It's all a clusterfuck. The US government itself is chock full of losers who watch Pornhub all week at home. Almost nobody employed by the government even shows up for work FOR YEARS and YEARS.
