White State Authorities to Police The Murder Capital of America: Jackson, MS
All But One of the Black Legislators Voted "No,"......We Can't Accept Help From White People, So We'll Let More Blacks Die.
I received a post from Don Surber this morning about Jackson, MS (the State Capital of the state of Mississippi) being the murder capital of the nation in 2021 and again in in 2022. State Lawmakers just passed a bill to put state police and state judges in charge of policing the city. They did so with the support of only one black member.
It’s not just the murder capital of the US, it’s a murder capital of the world (based on murders per capita):
“Tensions erupted Friday as the majority-white and Republican-controlled Mississippi House passed the final version of a bill to expand the territory of a state-run police department inside the capital city of Jackson, which is majority-black and governed by Democrats.”
The story also said, “About 83% of Jackson residents are black — the largest percentage of black residents of any major U.S. city.”
But AP did not mention that not only is Jackson the blackest city in America but also the national leader [and the world] in murders.
The Backstory: (From Mississippi Today dated Jan 26, 2022 )
“Homicide numbers have soared across the country the past two years (2021), but based on cities with at least 100,000 population, Jackson’s per capita murder rate is the highest in the United States in 2021.
The Chicago Police Department reported the city had 799 homicides in 2021, more than Jackson’s 155. But the homicide rate in Chicago, with a population of roughly 2.7 million, stood at 29.6 per 100,000 population. The rate in Jackson, with a population of 153,701, was about 100 per 100,000 population.
Similarly, Detroit, with more than four times the number of residents than Jackson, had a lower homicide rate — 48.28 per 100,000 residents based on its population of roughly 640,000. Detroit reported 309 homicides, down from its previous high of 324 in 2020. Birmingham AL’s homicide rate was 65.75 per 100,000 population. Atlanta’s homicide rate for the city was 31.6 per 100,000 population. “
Fast Forward to March 31, 2023 (From Mississippi Today online magazine )
“House Bill 1020 and its companion Senate Bill 2343 have for weeks attracted negative national attention for giving white state leaders new judicial and expanded police authority over capital city Jackson, the Blackest large city in the nation at about 83% black.
The measures would give the white chief justice of the state Supreme Court the authority to appoint judges to hear cases in the district. This is unique in that every other court district in the state has elected judges rather than appointed judges.
The bills would also expand the jurisdiction of Capitol Police, a state police agency managed by the Department of Public Safety and its appointed agency head who is white. Every other municipality in the state has a local police force with main jurisdiction.
It was one of the final bills passed by lawmakers in the combative 2023 session.
The controversial Jackson bills passed the white and Republican-controlled Legislature by an overwhelming margin. Every Black lawmaker in the House and Senate but one — Rep. Angela Cockerham, an independent from Magnolia — voted against the bills. See how they fail?
Debate of the bill on the House floor on Friday became tense and heated, highlighting the racial tension that has been festering all session. House Ways and Means Chair Trey Lamar, a Republican from Senatobia and the author of HB 1020, said that he was unfairly labeled as a racist when all he was trying to do is aid the citizens of Jackson — many of whom he said had asked for help with the crime problems besetting Mississippi’s capital and largest city. “
[Doug here:] Conclusion: There’s no helping these people. But lawmakers who are forced to live in a war zone have a right to crack down on the murder and violence. And all the media criticism shows the blindness of reporters to the absolute disorder and savagery of US Black populations and their incomptent/corrupt/self-serving politicians “warlords.”

Flint is a Democratic Party bastion. Doesn’t its decades of Democratic [Read: Black] dominance deserve some of the blame? From Reason magazine; "Democratic [means Black] rulers robbed city residents blind to pad the pockets of public sector unions." They’ve also been in charge as Flint has become one the country’s poorest cities (the second poorest, says the Census Bureau, for a city of its size), and a haven for criminals -- it’s the most dangerous city in America, according to Business Insider.
Detroit also completely collapsed into bankruptcy and ruin after 65 years of Democrat [means Black] mismanagement. Detroit last elected a Republican [means White] mayor in 1957. It is now the model of urban failure -- it’s recognized more for its poverty, crime, rot and bankruptcy than the great cars that it turned out into the early 1970s. It is the poorest big city in the nation, with almost 40% of the population living below the poverty line. The website Law Street actually ranks Detroit ahead of Flint as the country's most dangerous city. Either way, it’s clear that both cities have institutionalized crime problems.
Detroit came back once white judges and white lawyers took charge of the city during and after bankruptcy. Now, there’s backtracking and undoing of gains now that Democrats are re-asserting control.
Detroit is also been a pit of political corruption. Just in recent years, one mayor, Kwame Kilpatrick, was convicted of corruption and sent to federal prison for 28 years, while building inspectors have been indicted on federal felony bribery charges and a former city council member was investigated in a bribery and kickback scandal.
Chicago’s last GOP mayor was elected in 1927. The nation’s third-largest city is home to some of the worst inner-city violence imaginable. More than 2,300 people were shot there last year, and nearly 400 lost their lives to homicides.
Its finances are just as grim. "Chicago is so broke," IBD contributor Stephen Moore explained months ago, "that its bonds are junk status, and Mayor Rahm Emanuel had to go hat in hand last week to the state capital, Springfield, for bailout money to pay the bills." Things have been rotten enough, Moore said, to send "a record number of people ... fleeing Cook County, home to Chicago." Only a little more than half of the city's pension liabilities are funded.
St. Louis has been electing Democratic mayors since 1949. The Gateway to the West has become the gateway for crime. Law Street says that it’s the fourth most dangerous city in the country, Forbes says it’s the second. It had the sixth-highest poverty rate among big cities in 2014.
The last GOP mayor of Philadelphia left office in 1952. A few years ago, Moore identified it as a favorite to follow Detroit into bankruptcy.
Both Baltimore and Oakland had Republican mayors as late as the 1960s. In the era of Democratic rule, both are now more well known for their crime and poverty problems than for their charm and character.
Newark, N.J., hasn't had a GOP mayor in more than a century. It was ranked as the fifth-worst city to live in in 2015. Detroit, of course, was first.
When Democrats are in control, cities tend to go soft on crime, reward cronies with public funds, establish hostile business environments, heavily tax the most productive citizens and set up fat pensions for their union friends. Simply put, theirs is a Blue State blueprint for disaster.
US Blacks remain in a state of white “custodial care” in America (welfare support, income supports, various programs, large percentage of the population in and out of jail) because they are unable to govern themselves, their families, their communities or their cities well enough to be on-par with First World standards. Wakanda, my ass.

I say good. Let them all die. Let me clarify this statement, so I drive the point home. LET JUST ALL, ALL THE BLACK MALES, BLACK—FEMALES, ALL OF THEM DIE!! every damn single one of them. DIE.
My father used to say this about the beaches in Florida when it came to growing things. You know like vegetables. “ Add anything, Absolutely anything but Sand.” and this holds true when it comes to cities. If you want to keep your city safe, you can add just about any racial mix.
BESIDES —BLACK. The very minute you start adding black males and especially black females, you will pollute the racial harmony of that town. And, you will definitely set that town on the road to Social & Fiscal Destruction…. So once again, and I cannot stress this hard enough. I cannot stress this long enough. Add any racial mix you feel like.
BUT NEVER, ABSOLUTELY NEVER ADD THE BLACK RACE!!
